Susan Prime founded her company upon values of the sincerity, determination and courage. She has always believed that her own personal development was her responsibility and so has been learning for a long, long time. Reading, studying and constantly learning from others has enabled her to become one of the very few Licensed Trainers for the Coaching Academy, Europe's largest coach training organisation, trained in Corporate, Executive, Business and Personal Coaching. She holds an INLPTA diploma and a BA(Hons) Degree from the Open University. She is a qualified manager and member of ILM.
Her working life spans over 30 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in the Civil Service and in Further Education. She has managed teams of trainers and facilitated the learning and confidence of hundreds of adult learners. |
