Our Agreement with you
These terms and conditions apply to all Prime Coaching Services workshops, seminars and coaching programmes (including Diamond Footprint meetings).
All products are as described in our most recent promotional literature, although we do reserve the right to add value, upgrade the training venue, use more suitable trainers or coaches and modify the programme’s content to reflect the advice of our Quality Review Board.
Our payment terms:
Full payment must be received prior to attending the training workshop, or commencing a coaching programme, unless you have been accepted onto our payment plan scheme. In this situation we must have completed paperwork returned to us at least seven days prior to attendance.
What happens if you can’t attend the workshop, seminar or coaching programme?
The course fee is non-refundable, however you may transfer to an alternative course date without charge (unless it is within two weeks of the agreed course date, in which case a £50 + VAT cancellation fee is due).

We are confident that we will exceed your expectations, however:
If you are unhappy with any part of the services we offer, please write to Customer Services, Prime Coaching Services Ltd, within 30 days of the workshop, seminar or end of your coaching programme.
Our materials
We have spent considerable time and money compiling our training materials and they are copyrighted to us or licensed by us from the Coaching Academy. You are able to use small extracts for your personal use only. Any reproduction or distribution is not allowed.
You may not use our logo without our written permission.
Audio and video recording during workshops or seminars is not allowed.
Other Points
Prime Coaching Services is a training organisation, not an agency. It is your responsibility to instigate agreed action plans and as such you are accountable for any consequences arising from your actions. From time to time a coach may ask permission from a client or delegate to offer a suggestion which should not be interpreted as advice.
We are not liable to refund fee differences that may arise due to delegates booking at different times, promotions etc.
The programme may contain material that is in the public domain.
If we change the venue, even at short notice, we will of course inform you. However, we will not be liable for any travel or additional accommodation costs you might incur due to this change.
We rarely cancel programmes but if we do, we apologise for any inconvenience but cannot compensate you in any way. We will do our best to accommodate you at another date.
In the event that Prime Coaching Services is liable to any extent under this agreement or general law, liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid by you.
By registering on our training or coaching programmes, you are allowing us to use your personal data so that we can maintain your membership only. Your details will not be passed on or used by any other party.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
This guarantee supersedes all previous guarantees with immediate effect
Delegates need to attend all live training or coaching before making the decision to evoke this guarantee.
This guarantee is of training or coaching quality, not anything else (for example, you don’t enjoy the lunch!)
